Madame Web introduces Cassandra Webb, a New York paramedic who begins to experience strange visions of the future after a near-death event reveals her hidden psychic abilities. As she struggles to understand her powers, Cassandra becomes entangled with three young women — Julia Carpenter, Mattie Franklin, and Anya Corazon — who are each destined for powerful futures of their own.

Haunted by premonitions of danger and hunted by a mysterious figure named Ezekiel Sims, Cassandra must learn to trust her visions and protect the girls, all while grappling with the burden of being a “web” that connects countless futures across the multiverse.
