MegaCon London 2026 — A Weekend of Cosplay, Community, and Comic Culture!
This past weekend, Comic Movie DB had the exciting opportunity to attend MegaCon London 2026 at the iconic ExCeL Centre — and what a weekend it was! From stunning cosplay to bustling stalls, celebrity guests to unforgettable fan moments, MegaCon delivered three full days of pure fandom energy.
MegaCon London brought together comics, movies, TV shows, gaming, anime, and pop culture under one massive roof. Whether you were there to meet fellow fans, discover new creators, or simply soak up the incredible atmosphere, the event had something for everyone.
A Celebration of Creativity and Cosplay
One of the biggest highlights of the weekend was the sheer creativity on display. Cosplayers from all backgrounds turned the convention floors into a living gallery of artistry and passion. From impeccably detailed Marvel and DC costumes to imaginative original characters, the energy was infectious.
We had a blast walking the halls, stopping to admire craftsmanship, take photos, and chat with cosplayers who brought their favourite characters to life. The dedication and talent were awe-inspiring — and it was obvious that everyone there was genuinely thrilled to be part of this celebration.
Stalls, Merch, and Fandom Finds
MegaCon London boasted an incredible variety of stalls and vendors. Whether you were searching for rare comics, limited-edition prints, gaming merch, props, or collectibles, there was a treasure trove waiting around every corner. even a giant, lifesize Funko Pop box, loved it!
We saw talented independent artists showcasing their work, established brands debuting exclusive items, and fan-made creations that stole the show. For anyone who loves browsing, collecting, or discovering new fandom content, it was an absolute paradise.
Celebrity Guests and Panels
Fans were treated to appearances and panels from a wide range of industry guests. From actors to creators, the opportunity to hear insights, ask questions, and see your favourite personalities in person is one of the things that makes MegaCon truly special.
The panels were informative, fun, and packed with passion — whether breaking down character lore, sharing behind-the-scenes stories, or answering fan questions. It’s these moments that bring the community closer and make conventions unforgettable.
Good Vibes All Weekend Long
Perhaps the most lasting impression of MegaCon London 2026 was the overall vibe — energetic, friendly, and full of joy. Everywhere we turned, fans were smiling, talking excitedly about their favourite characters, and connecting over shared passions.
Big group photos, impromptu meetups, and fans cheering on each other’s work made the weekend feel like one big celebration. It didn’t matter if you’d come alone or with friends — everyone was welcomed as part of the fandom family.

A massive thank you to MegaCon London and the team behind the event for inviting Comic Movie DB to document and participate in this year’s celebration. We had an absolute blast capturing the moments, engaging with fans, and celebrating everything that makes fandom culture so vibrant.
Thanks also to the cosplayers, creators, celebrities, vendors, and especially the fans — you brought the energy, the passion, and the spirit that made this weekend unforgettable.
We can’t wait to see what the nezt MegaCon has in store — and we’ll be there for every cosplay, panel, and shared moment of fandom joy.
