Catwoman follows Patience Phillips, a shy graphic designer who discovers a corporate conspiracy at the cosmetics company she works for. After being murdered for learning too much, she is mysteriously revived with enhanced agility, reflexes and feline instincts. Embracing her new identity as Catwoman, she sets out for revenge. Catwoman (2004) Review 8/10
We have rated this 8 out of 10. Catwoman is infamous for all the wrong reasons, but it is also strangely fascinating. Halle Berry commits fully, even when the script seems determined to fight her every step of the way. The film barely resembles the comic character fans expected, and the basketball scene has become internet legend for a reason. Still, there is something oddly watchable about its complete chaos. It is not good, but it is unforgettable comic-book movie history.
