2 Guns Storyline
2 Guns follows Bobby Trench and Michael Stigman, two criminals who discover they have both been working undercover the entire time—one for the DEA and one for Naval Intelligence. After a bank robbery goes very wrong, both men are forced to work together while being hunted by drug cartels, corrupt officials and their own agencies. We have rated this 8 out of 10. 2 Guns is one of those films that should be talked about more in comic adaptation circles. Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg carry the movie with effortless chemistry, making even simple scenes fun to watch. The plot gets messy in places, but the energy never really drops. It is sharp, funny and surprisingly stylish. Not every comic adaptation needs capes and world-ending lasers—sometimes two guys arguing while dodging bullets is more than enough.
